🎉 We are turning 6 years old! 🎉

In many cultures, the year 6 indicates abundance. I am so honored to serve my patients, to be there for them when they need me. I am so happy that I took the plunge back in 2019 to start my practice in a way that was joy-filled and sustainable so that I could prioritize my health, my family’s health, and my patients’ health. Here is to years and years of new levels of abundance!

Years in review:

  • we have served 200 families with diverse backgrounds

  • we have kept our practice intentionally small

  • we have connected with over 100 businesses and organizations that serve families in DC and beyond

  • we are able to manage 90% of our patients urgent needs without sending them to the emergency room or urgent care because they are able to reach out to me when they are first worried about their children

  • we have promoted and rehired team members who showed excellence so that I have more administrative support to focus on the patient care

  • we have quickly parted ways with team members who were not the right fit for our practice

  • we have hosted numerous patient and community events here at our office and community with lots of fun and good vibes!

2025 uploading:

  • we are accepting new patients and are offering 25% off of our registration fee for those who sign up by January 31, 2025! See our new inquiry form with our expanded service range - I now travel to all of the District of Columbia and many areas in surrounding Norther Virginia and PG & Montgomery counties

  • we are offering more office memberships in our beautiful garden office. No waiting room, patients come right on in! Pictures will be posted soon.

  • we are accepting 2025 internship program applications. This year we are expanding the internship to folks with not only admin and clinical experience but also to those with operations, marketing, and business administration experience.

  • launching our updated behavioral and developmental screening process for members (and opening it up to community members) using validated, easy to use online tools

  • launching my physician and wellness provider mentorship program with my mentor, colleague, and friend Dr. Matthew Mintz

  • launching my Harmony in Practice coaching program for women and mothers in health and wellness that want to build businesses and brands that are joy-filled, profitable, scaleable, and sustainable!
